End User License Agreement

1. Parties and acceptance

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a single legal entity, the "User") and the developer of Kleaner PRO (the "Licensor") concerning the Kleaner PRO software, its updates, and its accompanying files (the "Software").

By installing, copying, activating or using the Software you accept this Agreement in full. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the Software, and remove it from your computer.

2. Licence granted

The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Software for its intended purpose, on the number of computers permitted by your plan, for the term of your plan.

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted here remain with the Licensor.

Before purchase, you may use the core tools in a one-time 30-minute trial. Features marked PRO require an activated paid licence and are unavailable during the trial. Continued access to core tools after the trial requires a valid licence key.

3. Activation and hardware binding

A licence key is activated against the hardware fingerprint of the computer on which it is used. The fingerprint is a one-way hash derived from hardware identifiers; it does not contain your name, your files or any personal data.

The number of simultaneous activations is limited by your plan. Replacing hardware or reinstalling Windows may require a seat to be released; the activation portal on the website and support can do this for you.

Circumventing activation, the trial period or the licence check — including patching, emulating the licence server or sharing keys — terminates this Agreement immediately.

4. What you may not do

You may not resell, rent, lease, sublicense or distribute the Software or licence keys without the written permission of the Licensor.

You may not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.

You may not remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks or version information contained in the Software.

You may not use the Software to damage third-party systems or data, or in any way that breaks the law of your country.

5. What the Software does to your system

The Software is a system maintenance tool. In normal operation it deletes temporary and cached files, modifies registry entries, changes Windows services, scheduled tasks, network settings and privacy options, and can uninstall applications and Windows updates.

These operations change your operating system. Some of them cannot be reversed by the Software itself.

The File Shredder overwrites file contents before deletion. Data destroyed this way is not recoverable by any means, including professional recovery services.

Before groups of changes the Software offers to create a Windows restore point. You are strongly advised to accept, and to keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Some functions require administrator rights and affect all users of the computer. Use them only on computers you are authorised to administer.

6. Your responsibility

You choose which tools to run and on which data. You are responsible for backing up your data before using the Software.

You confirm that you have the right to make the changes you instruct the Software to make on the computer where it runs.

7. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

The Licensor does not warrant that the Software will be free of errors, that it will work without interruption on every hardware and software configuration, or that any specific performance gain will be achieved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor is not liable for any lost data, lost profit, business interruption or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you actually paid for the licence during the twelve months preceding the event that caused the damage.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for wilful misconduct or for harm to life and health where such limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Payment, delivery and refunds

The licence key is delivered to the email address given at checkout, immediately after the payment provider confirms the payment.

If the key does not arrive, contact support with your order number — the key is reissued to the same address free of charge.

Refunds are considered where the Software does not start or cannot be activated on your system and support has been unable to resolve it. Requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

A refund is not granted merely because the results of optimisation did not meet expectations: the extent of any speed-up depends on your hardware and on the state of your system, and cannot be promised in advance.

10. Data and privacy

The Software does not send your files, documents or their contents anywhere.

For activation and update checks it transmits the licence key, the hardware fingerprint hash and the application version. Nothing else leaves your computer.

The website stores the email address given at checkout and the order data required to issue and support the licence.

11. Updates

The Licensor may release updates that fix defects, add tools or change existing ones. Updates are governed by this Agreement unless a separate agreement is supplied with them.

Within a paid term, updates are provided at no additional cost.

12. Term and termination

This Agreement takes effect when you first install or use the Software and remains in force for the term of your licence.

It terminates automatically if you breach its terms, in particular the restrictions in sections 3 and 4. On termination you must stop using the Software and remove it.

13. Third-party components

The Software uses the Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime to display its interface. That component is supplied by Microsoft under its own terms.

Other third-party components, where used, retain their own licences; these do not affect your rights to the Software itself under this Agreement.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.

This Agreement is governed by the law of the Licensor's place of residence, unless the mandatory law of the User's country provides otherwise.
